The PCI kit includes a 3-slot passive PCI backplane that attaches to RealView^® Baseboards such as the Platform Baseboard for ARM926EJ-S. This allows a further two PCI cards to be plugged in. All slots are 3V3, but capable of accepting 64-bit and 32-bit, 66MHz or 33MHz cards. The PCI backplane is mounted on a custom metal enclosure that also houses an ATX power supply.

This kit can be used to provide additional power to the baseboard when many Logic Tiles are stacked on top.

The PCI backplane and enclosure provides:

• An ATX power supply to power PCI cards and Logic Tiles on the baseboard
• A robust metal enclosure that connects directly to the baseboard tray for ease of use
• Release lever for baseboard extraction
• Support for up to 2 plug in cards with mechanical fixing for the PCI back-plate
• Multi-region power cables
