The ARM® Technical Symposia is an annual series of worldwide events where many of our 850 ARM Connected Community® Members and Ecosystem Partners come together to learn and share valuable information concerning the latest ARM Roadmap and related technologies. Attendees expand their knowledge and sharpen their skills through a wide range of Technical Presentations, face to face interactions with ARM Product Managers, and the latest product demonstrations from ARM and its Partners.

The events provide chip designers, embedded engineers and software / system developers with valuable networking opportunities with ARM and its Ecosystem Partners. Feedback from previous years shows that attendees leave with valuable information, solutions, tips and tricks addressing design requirements for various market applications.

The key themes for the 2011 series of events are:

• Connected Life – looking at applications and market trends for the connected consumer in mobile, mobile computing, home, and automotive markets and delving into the enabling technologies.
• Smarter Systems – examining the synthesis between products including ARM Cortex™ processors, ARM Mali™ GPUs, ARM Artisan® Performance Optimization Packs, System IP and our Partners’ IP within optimized subsystems.
• Smart Embedded – exploring applications and market trends in the embedded segment and applicable ARM and Partner products including Cortex-R5 and Cortex-R7 processors, Cortex-M4 libraries, tools, and more.
