About ADTechnology
ADTechnology is South Korea’s largest system semiconductor design house, founded in 2002. With over 800 engineers and 800+ completed projects, the company delivers ASIC design services across mobile, automotive, and HPC markets.
In 2021, ADTechnology recorded its highest-ever revenue of KRW 322.1 billion, driven by a mobile DRAM controller chip developed for SK hynix using TSMC’s 16nm FinFET process. The company was a TSMC VCA partner from 2009, gaining priority access to pricing and capacity.
To expand its global business, ADTechnology transitioned to Samsung Foundry DSP status in late 2019. Since then, it has received the Best Engineering Award from Samsung and established local subsidiaries in Germany and the U.S.
ADTechnology is also an AADP and OEM IP Partner of Synopsys and Arm. In 2023, it became the first Korean company to be selected as an Arm Total Design Partner, joining CPU platform co-development and advancing platform-based ASIC innovation.
