What personal information is collected?

Who is collecting the Data?

The ARM Connected Community web site form is sent directly to the member company you are trying to contact, with a copy to the Partnership Marketing Manager at ARM. Data entered in this form that is processed by the member company is not explicitly covered by this privacy policy.
How is my Data used?
Data in respect of products is used internally by us, including updating our databases, contacting you with requested information and sending marketing information for ARM products. Other Data collected by cookies will be used to measure the use of our sites and to improve the content of our sites.
We may process your Data when you express an interest in employment opportunities with us.
When you send email or other communications to us, we may retain those communications in order to process your enquiries, respond to your requests and improve the content of our sites.
With whom do we share my Data?
Except as outlined in this policy or on our web sites, we do not provide your Data to third parties without your consent. We may share your Data with ARM subsidiaries.
We may occasionally share aggregated demographic Data with our partners. This Data is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We accept credit card orders and, on occasion, must provide the customer name and address information to VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover for verification purposes. If you do not wish us to verify your credit card, you may use an alternate form of payment.
We use third parties to provide services on our behalf, including running promotions for us and providing catering. We will provide your relevant Data to them.
In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, or if ARM or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party the relevant Data held by us will be one of the transferred assets.

If you do not want to receive such information, simply tell us when you give us your Data, or follow the directions contained on the mailing to remove your name from our mailing list(s).
You also have the right to access (review, correct, amend or delete) your Data by contacting us. Individuals are responsible for providing ARM with accurate and complete personal information, and for contacting us if correction of such information is required. Please note that, where permitted, we may charge a nominal fee for fulfilling access requests and that we reserve the right to disallow unreasonable requests for access.
