Corstone-700 is a reference package that provides a fully verified subsystem and system IP to combine Arm Cortex-A and Cortex-M processors, and allows expansion for sensors, connectivity, video, audio and machine learning for advanced on-device processing.

Corstone-700 provides a fully verified subsystem with a reference integration of Cortex-A32 processor, two additional Cortex-M based systems, both based on the Cortex-M3 processor in the reference implementation. The system integrates a Message Handling Unit for simplified communication among the processing elements, it provides secure and authenticated system debug for all processing elements, and feature a custom-built power management for hardware control of power and clock domains.
In addition, Corstone-700 implements advanced built-in security features, including system-level support for TrustZone technology, firewalls for memory compartmentalization, and a dedicated Secure Enclave based on the Cortex-M0+ processor for hardware root of trust and cryptographic acceleration functions.
