Build Secure and Efficient Linux-Capable IoT SoCs
The Corstone-700 enables system-on-chip (SoC) designers to build secure SoCs for high-performance IoT endpoints, gateways, and embedded applications. Corstone-700 is a reference design that combines Arm Cortex-A and Cortex-M processors and allows expansion for sensors, connectivity, video, audio and machine learning for advanced on-device processing.
Save engineering effort that could be invested in differentiation. Corstone-700 fully integrates processors, system and security IP. It is paired with out-of-the-box testbenches and extensive resources, making it faster and lower risk to build an advanced SoC.
Build an advanced SoC that combines Cortex-A and Cortex-M processors, achieving high performance and the ability to run a rich OS, while being extremely power efficient, meeting strict real-time requirements.
Effortlessly meets high-security requirements, with full alignment with Platform Security Architecture (PSA) principles.
Corstone-700 provides a fully verified subsystem with a reference integration of Cortex-A32 processor, two additional Cortex-M based systems, both based on the Cortex-M3 processor in the reference implementation. The system integrates a Message Handling Unit for simplified communication among the processing elements, it provides secure and authenticated system debug for all processing elements, and feature a custom-built power management for hardware control of power and clock domains.
In addition, Corstone-700 implements advanced built-in security features, including system-level support for TrustZone technology, firewalls for memory compartmentalization, and a dedicated Secure Enclave based on the Cortex-M0+ processor for hardware root of trust and cryptographic acceleration functions.
