Foundation IP for Mainstream IoT Endpoints
The Arm SSE-100 subsystem is a pre-integrated system based around the Arm Cortex-M3 processor, featuring a range of peripherals and interfaces, including a Flash Controller for TSMC’s embedded Flash memory. Designed for use with Arm Cortex-M processors and Arm Cordio Bluetooth radio IP, other radios and wireless networking standards such as Wi-Fi and 802.15.4 can be integrated. Complemented by open-source software libraries, integrated with the Arm Mbed OS, it forms a solid foundation for simple IoT devices.
The SSE-100 subsystem contains a Flash Controller for TSMC 55nm process. Other process options can be implemented using the Corstone-101 foundation IP, which contains the SSE-050 subsystem – a derivative of SSE-100 to which you can attach a wide range of NVM options, using the generic Flash controller provided as part of the Corstone-101 toolbox.
