Agreement speeds integration of 32-bit RISC processors into customers’ designs for services company

PORT JEFFERSON, NY AND CAMBRIDGE, UK– Mar. 1, 2005 – Innotech Systems Inc., an ASIC design services company, and ARM [(LSE:ARM) (Nasdaq:ARMHY)],  today announced that Innotech has licensed the popular ® microprocessor through the ARM® Foundry Program.

ARM Partners have been licensing ARM7™ family products for more than 11 years (including 13 licenses in 2004), which demonstrates the relevance of providing leading-edge technology at all performance points in the embedded microprocessor space.

Innotech Systems specializes in all aspects of integrated circuit design services, as well as product development from concept through physical design and verification. Since its founding in 1990, Innotech’s philosophy has been to work closely with its customers to deliver high-quality products and services on time through leading-edge technology.

“On the design side, the ARM embedded microprocessor core will enable Innotech’s customers to integrate a 32-bit RISC processor performance into their SoC designs quickly and easily,” said Louis Morales, CTO and founder, Innotech. “On the manufacturing side, the Foundry Program significantly eliminates risk for our customers. It is mutually beneficial on all counts.”

“The ARM Foundry Program is ideal for design services companies such as Innotech, because it enables them to move quickly in helping their customers meet short time-to-market demands and deliver ever more complex silicon solutions,” said Keith Clarke, VP Engineering, ARM.  “Experience with the ARM low-power ARM7TDMI microprocessor will give Innotech added value in the highly competitive ASIC design services market.”

Innotech has expertise in all phases of system and integrated circuit design and development including logic design, simulation, test, fabrication, and device physics. Innotech also specializes in size and cost reduction of existing or new electronic systems using a variety of ASIC and circuit-board manufacturing techniques.

About the ARM Foundry Program
The ARM Foundry Program is an innovative business model that enables fabless semiconductor companies in emerging markets to gain access to ARM processor technology, for use in the design and manufacture of advanced system-on-chip (SoC) solutions. Unlike a traditional ARM license, under which a licensee gains both manufacturing and design rights, the ARM Foundry Program builds a three-way Partnership among ARM, an approved silicon foundry and an OEM, which accelerates the time to market for ARM processor-based designs. There are currently more than 50 Partners in the Foundry Program, which was launched in 2000.

About ARM
ARM designs the technology that lies at the heart of advanced digital products, from wireless, networking and consumer entertainment solutions to imaging, automotive, security and storage devices. ARM’s comprehensive product offering includes 16/32-bit RISC microprocessors, data engines, 3D processors, digital libraries, embedded memories, peripherals, software and development tools, as well as analog functions and high-speed connectivity products. Combined with the company’s broad Partner community, they provide a total system solution that offers a fast, reliable path to market for leading electronics companies.

About Innotech
The principals of Innotech Systems have over sixty years of experience in the design, test, manufacture, and product support of state-of-the-art systems, VLSI ASICs and programmable logic arrays. Innotech’s engineers have successfully brought to market, over 200 state-of-the-art products using a variety of optimized manufacturing techniques and ASIC technologies. Since it’s founding in 1991, Innotech’s philosophy has been to work closely with its customers to deliver high quality products and services on time through leading edge technology and personalized service.   Innotech Systems is  pleased  to announce it’s expansion  to a larger facility within the same location.  Lou Morales CTO and Founder discussed this recently; “We at Innotech, due to our expanding business, required additional space to accommodate our growing staff and business.” Plans now are for the move to take place by late March 2005. Along with this local expansion, Innotech Systems has also announced two locations on the West Coast. One office to be located in Portland, OR., and the other  in  Silicon Valley, CA.
