downarrowCan an exclusive access use sparse write data strobes?

There are no restrictions within the protocol to prevent the use of sparse write data strobes during an exclusive access, as all the exclusivity checking should be done on the address/control information for the transaction (and hence the strobes have no effect on the exclusivity check). However, it is generally recommended that sparse write data strobes are not used.
