downarrowCM1136JF-S has 16KB caches and TCMs
Applies to: Core Modules, Integrator

Various documents and publications describe the Integrator/CM1136JF-S (PCB part No. HBI-0087B) as having 32KB each of Instruction and Data cache and 32KB each of I and D TCM (Tightly Coupled Memory). This is incorrect. The test chip fitted to all CM1136JF-S boards produced so far has 16KB I and D caches and 16KB I and D TCMs. There is no way to increase the size of these memories.
