downarrowMy board has a 14-pin JTAG connector. Can I use Multi-ICE or RealView ICE with it?
Applies to: JTAG Debug Issues, Multi-ICE, RealView ICE (RVI)

Some development boards have 14-pin JTAG connectors, which are compatible with TI JTAG tools or ARM's Embedded ICE emulator (now obsolete).

If you want to use Multi-ICE or RealView ICE with one of these boards you can get a 20-pin to 14-pin adaptor board from ARM by calling one of our sales offices. The Embedded ICE adaptor board has code HBI-0027B and the TI adaptor board has code HBI-0068A.
