Applies to: ARM Developer Suite (ADS), AXD Debug, Trace Debug Tools (TDT)

This functionality is available in RVD, though not directly in AXD. However you can achieve similar functionality by noting the address of the instruction of interest, then configuring the ETM to capture trace from that address using the standard trace capture configuration dialog.
