TDT is an additional component designed to compliment ADS. It enhances the AXD debugger to allow the decompression and display of trace data collected from a trace port analyser (such as the ARM MultiTrace). TDT is only available for Windows and cannot be used 'stand alone', it must be used with AXD. To enable this functionality, a 'trace' license option must be included in your license file. If you do not have this option enabled and wish to add it, please contact your supplier with your ADS serial number. Note: RVDS 2.1 (and later) also includes AXD 1.3 (and later), in addition to AXD 1.2 included with ADS 1.2.1. TDT cannot be used with AXD 1.3 or later. RealView Debugger does not require TDT to view trace data as this functionality already exists within RVD. To enable this functionality, an 'rvd_trace' license option must be included in your license file. For RVDS users, this option is shipped as standard with the tools.
