Development Tools Support Contact Information

License Management Support

If you require assistance with the installation or use of your license file for license managed tools such as RealView Development Suite (RVDS) or ARM Developer Suite (ADS), you should first of all consult our  License Management FAQs and Installation FAQs. Further advice on license issues can be obtained from license.support@arm.com. Please ensure that you provide your serial number, license file and full details of the licensing issue you are encountering with all such enquiries.

General Tools Usage Support

Please consult our Documentation and Development Tool FAQs  for advice on the use and application of ARM tools. Further assistance can be obtained from your supplier.

If your tools were not purchased directly from ARM, you should be able to find your supplier's contact details from our Development Tools Distributors page.

If your tools were purchased directly from ARM and a valid support contract exists, please complete and submit our support request form or use the contact details below.

Note that ARM reserves the right to refuse to answer enquiries:

  • That do not use a completed version of the above support request form.
  • That do not include your tools serial number.
  • Received directly from users who purchased from one of our distributors or VARs and hence do not have a support contract with ARM.
  • Received from users whose support contract with ARM has expired.

Support for Evaluation Products

RVDS Evaluation CDs are supplied without support entitlement.

Support for "BREW Builder" and "RealView Compilation Tools for BREW"

ARM can only provide assistance in the installation and license management of the RealView Compilation Tools (RVCT) for BREW. Although we provide a number of RVCT for BREW FAQs, we cannot provide support in the actual use of these tools. If you have questions regarding the use of these tools that is not answered in the FAQs, we suggest searching the resources available on the QUALCOMM BREW website or posting on the BREW Forums.

Support for Educational Establishments

Products purchased by educational establishments at special educational prices do not include any support entitlement, though separate educational support contracts are available. For more information please see our University Program webpages.

Support for "RealView Developer Kit for OKI"

ARM can only provide assistance in the installation and license management of RVDK for OKI. Although we do have RVDK for OKI FAQs available, we cannot provide any direct support in the actual use of RVDK for OKI. All technical support enquires should be addressed to your supplier:

Support for "RealView Developer Kit for STMicroelectronics"

ARM can only provide assistance in the installation and license management of RVDK for STMicroelectronics. Although we do have RVDK for ST FAQs  available, we cannot provide any direct support in the actual use of the tools. All technical support enquires should be addressed to your supplier, or alternatively posted to the STMicroelectronics Microcontrollers Support Site Forum for ARM7 STR7.
