Commitments to the MOFCOM (Ministry of Commerce) on licensing of patents and disclosure of Secure Monitor Code information

ARM has provided the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) with Commitments regarding the licensing of patents and disclosure of information around TrustZone and the development of open Trusted Execution Environments utilizing the Secure Monitor Code.
