Commitments to the European Commission on licensing of patents and disclosure of Secure Monitor Code information

ARM has provided the European Commission with Commitments regarding the licensing of patents and disclosure of information around TrustZone and the development of open Trusted Execution Environments utilizing the Secure Monitor Code.
