Description: Samsung Electronics Semiconductor, will provide its popular application processor named S3C2440 processor for a collaboration with Microsoft's Automotive business to develop a telematics Platform. This Platform will be integrated into every new Fiat Auto car. The S3C2440 processor will form the foundation of navigation and "infotainment" platform hardware. It's efficient 400MHz ARM920T core combined with a rich set of peripherals including USB, IIC, IIS, liquid crystal display (LCD) and memory controller, all of which maximize the system performance for this navigation and "infotainment" platform.
