ARM has been named as Employer of the Year 2003 in the Midlands and East of England region National Business Awards. Winners were announced at the regional final at Alton Towers Hotel, Staffordshire on July 8, 2003. The company has now qualified for The National Business Awards final, the results of which will be announced in London on November 11, 2003.

The Employer of the Year Award is given to the company that has best demonstrated how well-adopted company values, the provision of a stimulating and supportive workplace and the active development of all employees, have contributed to its success.
