EMDC Community Designed Linux Board Based On ARM9

The Embedded Module Developer Community (EMDC) has unveiled the Eddy2x board, a tiny footprint ARM9-based product designed for industrial applications.

The board, built on an ARM9 based Atmel AT91SAM9260 SoC clocked at 180 Mhz, is being manufactured by Korea’s SystemBase and comes complete with Lemonix, a real time embedded Linux built on Linux kernel 2.6x. It also includes Eclipse based IDE – LemonIDE support, an integrated development environment built on open source Eclipse framework. LemonIDE has been created to provide an easy  and effective GUI for application and firmware developments that run on SystemBase’s Lemonix.
