Product Description

The module is based on TI's Sitara AM1808 ARM9 and OMAPL138 ARM9 plus DSP processor (up to 456 MHz) that provides high computing power to an extensive range of industry applications. Bosphorus-I is equipped with 128MB DDR2 SDRAM, 256MB NAND Flash and 8MB SPI NOR Flash, as well as 10/100Mbit Ethernet PHY, USB2.0 High Speed OTG, USB1.1 Full Speed Host, stereo audio codec, SATA clock generation, LCD RGB signals with touchscreen controller, power management that only requires single supply, on board soldered microSD connector for more memory.
