WisAudio Wi-Fi audio streaming module is an innovative solution using on the fly decoding for the sound. It needs much less bandwidth than the plain WAV approach while keeps the ability to play WAV audio. It offers high quality of sound with FLAC and WAV streams. It is ultra low power consumption solutions when using encoded audio due to lower data traffic and on the fly decoding by the codec on HW level.

The design is very compact and is easy to fit into earpiece (headset). It supports DLNA and every modern OS or Smartphone (iPhone, Androide,…) can use it with any of the free applications in Google Play or App store.

WisAudio uses our proven Wi-Fi module with embedded STM32 ARM Cortex-M3 MCU running the TCP/IP stack, the authentication and security protocols of Wi-Fi including WPS, SoftAP, Wi-Fi client and Ad-Hoc modes and combine it with VLSIs VS1053 Audio CODEC, one of the most advanced Audio CODECs in the market today.
