Product Description

The Windows Embedded Compact 7 Board Support Package for the Freescale i.MX53 Quick Start Board speeds development on the Freescale platform.  This easy-to-use platform is designed to simplify product evaluation.  With numerous connectivity options, the platofrm is ideally suited for applications such as human machine interfact in embedded consumer, industrial and medical markets.

The BSP also includes highly optimzed drivers for system on chip and on-board peripherals  that enable use of the Platform's power-efficient ARM^(R) Cortex-A8 based 1 GHz processor.  The platform also includes a display controller, hardware-accelerated graphics, 1080p video decode and 720p encode.

Board Support Package Features

• EBOOT boot loader for i.MX53 (microSD Card Boot)
• Windows Embedded Compact 7 Kernel, OAL withKITL RNDIS driver
