JTAG ProVision is a full-featured PCB test and device in-system programming application developers tool.

ProVision is used by hardware and PCB test engineersto verify board assemblies against manufacturing defects. It can also be used for in-system programming of a wide range of programmable devices such as Flash Memories, SPROMs and CPLDs/FPGAs.
