AM389x System-On-Module (SOM) has at its core TI Sitara AM389x ARM Microprocessor operating upto 1.5 GHz. This is a cost-effective module that is Pin and Software compatible with C6-IntegraTM DSP+ARM Processors and DaVinciTM MPU. This is a compact module with Q7 form factor to quick start applications like Single-Board computers, Network and Communication Processing, Industrial Automation, Human Machine Interface and Interactive Point-of-Service (PoS) Kiosks.

The heart of this module is a High Performance TI AM389x ARM Cortex-A8 based CPU module operating upto 1.5 GHz. Priced reasonably, this module enables developers to rapidly prototype their application and optimize development time & effort.Compliance to Q7 R1.20 standard (70mm x 70mm).
