ORBexpress RT by Objective Interface Systems, Inc.

Communication Protocol

Product Description

ORBexpress RT is a uniquely powerful communications framework for creating high performance, high-reliability, distributed applications. Supporting a wide variety of operating systems and real-time operating systems on the full range of ARM processors, ORBexpress is designed to accommodate hard real-time requirements including predictable time behavior, support for different levels of Quality of Service, and plug-in custom transports.

ORBexpress, with its native multi-threaded architecture, also fully supports multicore ARM processors. ORBexpress makes it easy for application developers using multicore ARM processors to take advantage of the performance provided by the additional cores without rewriting their code.
