General Descriptions
Archband's audio CODEC IPs address growing market demands on low-power, high-performance data converters for multimedia applications. Based on our enabling core technology in audio-band data converters, we have developed a wide range of CODEC IP macros in 16~24 bits resolution with up to 96 KHz sampling frequency. Our hard macro CODEC IPs are mass-production proven at many deep submicron nodes and conforming with major foundry processes.
Our CODEC IP macros are mixed-signal IPs that integrate highly-customized analog with synthesized digital blocks. Our digital blocks are implemented with ARM's standard cell libraries, register files, and memory compilers. In addition to stereo and mono CODECs, we also provide customized service to SOC companies and turn-key vendors that require multi-channel CODEC IPs or many add-on enriched features.
