中油瑞飞RTU产品使用Atmel公司的at91rm9200和at91sam9263作为核心处理器,该设备主要用于石油开采现场，对井口各种传感器的数据采集与执行器的远程控制。ATMEL ARM9系列MCU具有接口丰富，功耗低等特点，在工业控制领域被广泛使用。

RICHFIT RTU products use Atmel at91rm9200 and at91sam9263 as core processor, this equipment is mainly used in oil field, various sensors to wellhead the data acquisition and the implementation of the remote control. The ATMEL ARM9 MCU family has been widely used in the industrial control area, featuring a powerful peripheral set and low power consumption. The SAM9263 User interface peripherals include a camera interface, TFT/STN LCD controller, an AC97 and I2S. Networking peripherals include USB host and device interfaces, a 10/100 Ethernet MAC and CAN. There are also four USARTs, two SPIs, CompactFlash, SD/SDIO/MMC interface and a TWI. The multi-layer bus architecture associated with 28 DMA channels, 96KB of SRAM that can be configured as TCM, and the dual bus interface, sustain the high bandwidth required by the processor and its peripherals.
