Summary
・eSTIL has capabilities to check the functions of LSI or Modules and to inspect the LSI or Modules by using the result (VCD format test pattern) from Logic-SIM, and also to tune the timings of the test pattern. Then the tuned test pattern can be use various LSI Testers as test pattern for production.

・論理SIMの結果（テストパタン：VCD）をSTILフォーマットに変換してLSI製品の動作確認／検査及びパタンのタイミング最適化が可能です。そのパタンは各社LSIテスタ用に変換して量産用パタンとして使用することが可能です。
・対象デバイス：ARMコアを搭載した各種LSI製品やARMソフトウエア開発ボード・ICEや評価ボードに搭載されるARMコアやハードウエアIPから成る各種エミュレータチップなど
