Webia Technologies is announcing Android TV solution that
creates big differentiation on your TV. The solution includes a
full HD player (Full High Definition 1080P) that brings the most
beautiful video to your TV from digital files that use various
encoding formats and stored in digital storage, e.g., USB pen
drives or hard disks.

Furthermore, using Webia innovative interface transfter
technologies (ITT), users can easily download and run
Android App from the device and display to TV. Under this
framework, various applications are enabled, including
Internet TV, multimedia files sharing such as Picassa, Flicker,
entertainment such as games and karaoke. The powerful
framework is presented through Webia’s UI design (user
interface) which is powered by OpenGL/ES 3D engine and it
brings in a very user-friendly way of browsing the contents
and selecting the functions.

The Media Player provides full HD qualities of multimedia
decoding from the digital storage (such as hard disk or USB
pen drive) and display to TV. The heart of the EV board is a
highly integrated SoC having an ARM11 MPU running at
700MHz and a dedicated hardwired video engine which is
able to manage multi-format video decoding.
