Product Description
The STM32F103ZE Cortex-M3 Board is an ARM embedded evaluation board produced by Embest, integrated the STMicroelectronic ARM Cortex-M3 core-based processor STM32F103ZE, operating at a 72 MHz frequency, with 512KB Flash and 64KB SRAM internal memories, as well as 1 Mbyte of external static RAM and 8 Mbytes of external SPI Flash memory.
The board is ported with uCOS-II v2.86 OS and has a wide range of periphrals and connectors, such as USB, CAN, SD Card interface, TFT-LCD interface, RS232 serial interface, four 26-pin user extended interface, etc. The board is also provided with a 2.4 inch TFT LCD with touchscreen. In addition, there are plenty of source code software examples provided for customers to test their new project for the STM32F103ZE processor.
