
NuMicro M051™ series, including the M052/54/58/516 is to satisfy the worldwide customers’ 8-bit microcontroller demand at a lower cost, yet with a higher performance of a 32-bit microcontroller. With an operating speed up to 50MHz, equivalent to 45DMIPS (45 Dhrystone Million Instruction per second). The NuMicro M051™ series is also characterized by the built-in 32-bit multiplier, nested NVIC (Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller) and dual-channel of APB. For the memory system, this series has built in a 8K to 64K bytes Flash memory with 4K bytes SRAM, external bus interface (EBI) for external address expansion. In terms of peripherals, the NuMicro M051™ series is equipped with high speed interfaces, such as two sets of UART, two sets of SPI and one set of I2C. Regarding to analog components, it provides 8 channels of 12-bit ADC, low voltage detector, etc. Thus, the NuMicro M051™ series is ideal for use in industrial control, security system, communication systems and systems requiring high-speed computing and data collection.
