Product Description

Kilopass XPM™ embedded, one-time programmable (OTP) non-volatile memory (NVM) is built using standard, CMOS logic process technologies. It is silicon proven to deliver high density, high performance, and highly reliable electrically field-programmable embedded NVM solutions at a low cost. Over 70 customers have integrated XPM™ in over 200 designs from 180nm to 40nm. Applications range from a few hundred bits for unique ID to prevent cloning to multiple instances of 1Mb for program code storage. Many of the designs up to 90nm are ramping up to high volume production or have been in high volume production since 2003. XPM is foundry portable and is currently available at TSMC, Chartered, IBM, SMIC, Dongbu, and Tower
