Tatvik provides video codec pack optimized using ARM NEON
technology for best performance on Cortex-A series of ARM
processors. The codecs have been optimized using NEON SIMD
instructions.

Using NEON technology, present day Cortex-A8 devices can achieve
the following performances for specified CPU cycles of Cortex-A8:
* H.264 BP Decoder : D1, 1mbps, 30FPS : 400 MHz
* MPEG-4 SP Decoder: D1, 1mbps, 30FPS : 200 MHz
* MPEG-4 SP Decoder: 720p, 2.5mbps, 30FPS: 520 MHz
* MPEG-4 SP Encoder: D1, 1mbps, 30FPS : 600 MHz

The codecs provide easy API which makes it easy for App
Developers to integrate codecs in their application.
