Product Description

Tatvik’s H.264 Baseline Profile Video Encoder implementation is
one of the fastest implementations of H.264 Encoder for Mobile
and handhelds. The implementation is highly efficient in terms of
low MIPS and small memory footprint. The encoder has four speed
modes which provide best quality for available processing power.

The encoder has been optimized for best performance on ARM9,
ARM9E, ARM11 and Cortex-A8 using platform specific assemblies for
computationally expensive modules (ME, MC, DCT, IDCT, Deblock,
Color conversion etc.). The encoder provides same API across all
ARM platform implementations, which makes it easy for App
Developers to integrate the encoder in their application on
multiple ARM platforms.

The encoder can be used for applications like Video
streaming/broadcast from Mobile, video camcorder solution, video
conferencing, video chat, video streaming, video blogs on Mobile
phones.
