The solution eliminates the need for utilizing dedicated hardware decoder for up to HD 720p for ARM11 and Cortex-A8, using Mpeg4 Simple Profile video, presenting a cost effective alternative.

Supported platforms:
ARM9E, ARM11 and Cortex-A8.
Can be easily extended to other platforms.
