H.263 Video Decoder by Picus Tech Software

Product Description

Picus has developed a low footprint, highly optimized H.263 Video Decoder. With a limited usage of slow external memory, the solution can readily support HD 720p for ARM11 and Cortex-A8 platforms eliminating need for costly hardware decoding solutions.

Supports H.263v1 Sorenson Bit stream (draft version of H.263, May 1996) for FLV file format. H.263 Level 1 for 3gp (Standard H.263 bitstream)

Supported platforms:
ARM9E, ARM11 and Cortex-A8.
Can be easily extended to other platforms
