SoC Implementation Service
Socle has developed proprietary the SoC-ImP® design implementation platform to provide time-to-market advantage and a first-cut-work driven SoC Implementation Service for custom ASIC design. The platform incorporates a leading-edge systematic kernel, which integrates project management, flow management, a script generator and result analyzer to control the sequence of design implementation processes and manage library, IP and design databases. It also facilitates state-of-the-art physical synthesis technology, hierarchical design methods to provide solutions for Lib/IP qualification, RTL qualification (Lint), timing, DFT, low power (MSMV, multi-supply and multi-voltage), reliability (signal integrity, EM/IR), DFM, and physical design (place and route). IP Product
Socle provides complete Intellectual Property (IP) products to meet customers’ application needs. Socle IP offerings are classified as four categories, which are Foundation IP, Basic IP, Processor IP, and Complex IP for a chip construction. The Foundation IP provides the standard cell, I/O, memory, etc. elements for SoC implementation needs. The Basic IP provides the frequently-used macro blocks, such as PLL, DLL, etc. Processor IP intends to provide cutting edge embedded processor cores, such as ARM11, ARM9 CPU and ARM Mali GPU.
