Product Description

Liberate MX performs memory and macro IP block characterization. It supports SRAM, ROM, CAM and register files amongst others. It smartly utilizes both SPICE and fast SPICE engines to characterize very efficiently yet with true SPICE accuracy. It can generate timing, power and noise models including current source models. Liberate MX's key advantages are speed, accuracy and ease of use.
