Product Description

The DM357 EVM is an ARM9 (270 Mhz) based Digital Video Development Platform with an on chip H.264/MPEG4/JPEG co-processor. The board has 1 video input port supporting composite or S-video, and 1 composite video DAC output. The processor is supported with 256 Mbytes of DDR2 DRAM, 64 Mbytes NAND Flash for booting, and 2 Gbytes NAND Flash for storage. Communication is provided with Ethernet, USB2, and UART interfaces. Expansion headers are available to allow the user to interface custom logic to this powerful platform. The MontaVista Pro Demonstration Tools are included in the kit for Linux development. This EVM is compatible with Code Composer Studio Platinum 3.3 from Texas Instruments and JTAG emulators from Spectrum Digital. The EVM includes a 1 year warranty. The quantity one price is $ 895.00.
