The Chips&Media's CODA9 series is designed to meet the strong demand for increased digital video quality, higher resolution and frame-rates for next generation multimedia applications.

• CODA960

  The CODA960 core brings a true HD imaging to connected devices such as video conferencing or surveillance with 3D video decoding capabilities.

• CODA980

  The CODA980 core is capable of decoding in multiple format including H.264/AVC, H.264/MVC, MPEG2/4, H.263, VC-1, RealVideo, AVS, VP8 and Theora up to 1920x1080 at 60fps with H.264 High profile encoding support offering improved video quality at low bitrates.

• CODA9A0

  The CODA9A0 core is capable of decoding or encoding up to 1080p 60 frames per second enabling real-time video transcoding or communication and it can even achieve up to 4K(4Kx2K) resolution which is over four times the size of 1080p.

• Full HD(1920x1080) encoding 30fps at 180MHz (for CODA960)
• Full HD(1920x1080) encoding 30fps at 133MHz (for CODA980/9A0)
• Full HD(1920x1080) decoding 30fps at 133MHz
