中科院EDA中心作为ARM公司在中国大陆唯一授权的MPW服务中心，面向企业及科研院所提供完整的基于ARM架构SoC开发的软硬件资源，包括：

 --由Core Tile、Logic Tile和Emulation Baseboard组成的FPGA原型验证平台；
--RealView开发套件（包括RVDS3.1、RealView ICE）；
--AMBA开发工具包；
--软硬件协同设计工具System Generator等。

针对以上开发资源，中科院EDA中心还根据客户需求，提供SoC/IP共性技术服务，并提供ARM硬核相关的基础应用培训、系统软/硬件开发工具培训等服务。

The EDA CAS is the only authorized MPW service center in Chinese Mainland. For the enterprises and research institutes, the software/hardware resources are provided for ARM-based SoC design, which include:

--the prototype FPGA verification platform composing of the Core Tile, Logic Tile and the Emulation Baseboard;
--the RealView developing kit, including the RVDS3.1, RealView ICE;
--AMBA design kit;
--System Generator for software-hardware co-verification.
