Summary: This course is intended for engineers start writing software to run on systems containing an ARM processor core, using the RealView range of software development tools. Please note that this course is not designed to support engineers using the Cortex-M3.
Prerequisites: A basic understanding of microprocessors or microcontrollers Familiarity with assembler or C programming Embedded programming experience would be helpful, but is not essential A basic awareness of ARM would be useful but not essential. Audience: This course concentrates on the use of RealView Developer Suite (RVDS). Much of the information is relevant to users of ARM Developer Suite (ADS). However some information will be less relevant to users of third Party software development tools.
