EFM32 by Energy Micro AS (Acquired by Silicon Labs)

Semiconductor Vendor with ARM Processor RTL license from ARM

Product Description

The EFM®32 Gecko microcontrollers is a family of low energy
MCUs with 4 times lower power consumption than any other 8, 16,
or 32-bit microcontroller. EFM32 MCUs have ultra low power
consumption of 180 µA/MHz while running applications from Flash
memory and a Shutoff mode with only 20 nA current consumption.
The EFM32 microcontrollers are based on the ultra-efficient,
industry standard ARM® Cortex™-M3 architecture. Without CPU
intervention the low power peripherals that can react and respond
to other peripherals, external, or internal triggers. This
results in fast execution, low latency, and the longest operation
time for any battery operated applications.
