In this 5 day training, Quategra shares its expert knowledge in the design of ARM-based embedded systems (ARM7, ARM9, CORTEX-M3) and the specifics that need to be minded in the development of C software for ARM-based embedded systems. Participants learn to design efficient software for ARM and how to use real time operating systems most effectively. To provide the participants with hands-on experience, we perform many practical exercises using an ARM7-based evaluation board by KEIL.
The teaching material used in this course was recently licensed by ARM Ltd for use in its own customer training courses.
Part One (3 days):
- ARM7- and CORTEX-M3-Core
- Derivates and Peripherals
- Instruction Sets
- Embedded-C for ARM
- Simulation with the KEIL RealView MDK
- Practical exercises with the evaluation board and the KEIL RealView MDK
Part Two (2 days):
- RTOS basics
- Software architecture with RTOS
