Product Description

The SISIS HS3200X processor is an System-on-Chip(SoC) platform that designed for MPEG4 player in portable Media Player. A novel NAND-flash controller is integrated to meet the demands of economic storage for both data and programs. Also 32KB embedded SRAM enables customers to achieve performance balance with least efforts. HS3200X implements some enhanced boot strap modes that boot code can be downloaded from the NAND-flash by NFC interface, Nor-flash memory by SPI or directly by USB2.0 interface. The HS3200X is based on ARM922TDMI microprocessor and is packaged in three forms:
(1) 28mm*28mm, 0.5mm pitch, LQFP208;
(2) 24mm*24mm, 0.5mm pitch, LQFP176;
(3) 20mm*20mm, 0.5mm pitch, LQFP144.
