Product Description

This H.263/MPEG4 codec solution is intended for use in mobile communications devices where both low power consumption and efficient implementation are important in meeting demands of the marketplace. It supports up to 30 frames per second at CIF (352x288) resolutions with half-pel motion estimation.

o All mandatory and optional 3GPP codes
o ISO/IEC14496 simple profile level 0-3
o ITU-T H.263 profile 0 level 10-50
o ITU-T H.263 profile 3 level 10-50

o AC Prediction

o 4:2:0 <--> 4:2:2 conversions
o Frame Composition of up to 4 objects and background

Written in C, this codec is easily ported to other suitable processors.
