Product Description

Silterra offers major foundry compatible CMOS logic processes at the 0.22-, 0.18- and 0.13-micron technology nodes. Platform included low power, high-voltage (21V and 32V), mixed-signal, and RF for SOC or SIP implementation. Full suite of model, design kits and libraries are available for design in. World-class manufacturing yield and cycle-times - matching or surpassing those at other wafer foundries.

Silterra has partnered with top IP providers to offer silicon IP’s to customers. A complete set of design libraries for our 0.18- and 0.13-micron process is available to customers through Artisan Components for free. These include: standard cells; SRAM, register-file and ROM compilers; and in-line and staggered I/O cells. Programmable PLL’s are available through ParthusCeva.

Additional IP components such as the ARM7TDMI®, A/D and D/A converters, LVDS, PECL, USB 1.1 and SSTL2 are available from our partners.

Our certified design partners offer a broad range of competent technical capabilities to help expedite customers’ designs and shorten their time-to-market.

Silterra has close relationships with the leading test and assembly facilities in near-by Penang, one of the major global high technology centers, forming a closely coupled supply chain and offering the advantage of tape-out to finished products with virtually no transit lag time.
