Company Description

VWorks is an industry leader in the development of new technology and business solutions for electronic system level development. VWorks seeks to advance and proliferate the use of modeling, simulation, virtual prototyping and other computer software based means for enhancing the capabilities of electronic system level design technology and reducing or eliminating the need for physical lab set ups, hardware prototypes, multiple hardware revisions, and throw away hardware. This is how while we help our customers design better products we also help keep our planet green.

VWorks technology and business innovation aims to reduce or remove the barriers to the wider practice and broader application of electronic system level design. VWorks strives to provide new technology and business alternatives to the state of the art electronic design automation industry offerings. Specifically, VWorks seeks to significantly reduce the cost of the enabling electronic system design automation technology and tools, reduce the scale and cost of engineering effort required to do electronic system design, and ultimately to significantly improve the ratio between effort or cost of investment in electronic system design and the benefit or return from such investments.

VWorks is a privately held company, a member of the ASTC group of companies, with offices in Australia, Europe, Japan, and North America. With a team, organisation, history, and experience stretching back to the early 90s, VWorks was incorporated as a company in 2011, headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, and employing over 100 staff on four continents. VWorks services the global markets and supply chains for aerospace, automotive, transportation, communications, and multimedia embedded electronics and software.
