TRIAD’s patented methodology combines silicon-proven analog, digital, and memory building blocks with ARM cores onto via configurable arrays - VCAs. These building blocks are covered with a global routing fabric and wafers containing VCA die are staged at the foundry. Your design is customized onto a VCA die by a single via layer which configures and interconnects the processor, analog, digital, and memory resources.
