Squid’s strength lies in its dataflow processor technology to fully utilize for emerging data intensive Video analytics, Video infrastructure, Video delivery markets. It allows System on chip manufacturers to deliver market leading video capabilities without hardwired IP’s and thus create future proof solutions.

Squid also has a wide portfolio of image/video components ranging from Pre-processing, Encode, Decode and Post processing algorithms. All the algorithms are tuned for best quality for a given market vertical and available as highly optimized software components for various embedded platforms including Cortex-A series.

Latest inclusion into the product line is HEVC implementation for Cortex-A9/15 based devices.
