Shanghai Research Center for IC Design (ICC) is the most successful IC Design Industrialization Base which authorized by Ministry of Science and Technology in China. Her goal is driving the IC Design Industry forward in China. ICC was founded in March 2000. From the beginning , ICC has setup the EDA tools platform , Testing platform , MPW(Shuttle) Service and Training service, and provided all these service to hundreds of companies across the China.
